The difficulty is increased by repeating the exercise in the trot. The bending just keeps improving, as well as the contact. They go back to the 15-meter circle at the trot with much better bending. It's a bit more challenging to do the exercise to the left, but they are successful in the end. They will resume training the next day, which an be seen in the series "Daniel Dockx - Keeping the Contact, Day 2."
