Sven Rothenberger continues the work with J.J. Tate and the Oldenburg gelding Romeo. Sven is pleased with Romeo's canter improvement. They continue to work on coming from behind and giving the rein to check Romeo is in self-carriage. Sven advises J.J. to not throw the rein away before a change. He also reminds her not to pull the inside rein in the volte. Other work includes making a big flying change from a collected canter, setting up with shoulder-in and half halt, and keeping the leg down. Romeo is steadier in the neck and straighter. They finish with playing with the piaffe.
