Chrissa rides Mireill, a 13-year-old Danish Warmblood mare in this video. They are currently competing at Intermediate II, and Chrissa is working with Mireill to get her to go to the bridle with her back up. As they warm up she invites the mare to stretch and loosen in the topline, asking for her neck to push out. She asks for this in the leg yield and half pass at the canter, as well as counter canter and single changes.
