Part 7: Allison reminds a rider to be gentle and clear in her aids. Nagging legs and being too abrupt through turns has created an unhappy partnership. As Allison guides the rider to softness and helps give the horse consistency and clarity, the mare becomes visibly happier and more relaxed. She works with another rider whose horse tends to get too low in the bridle and on the forehand to help him use his leg to bring the nose up, rather than pulling on the reins.
