Part 2: Kim alters the time available and has the riders adjust accordingly. Many find the course easier to jump while riding more forward, but they also have more difficulty in gauging their time at a higher speed. As the riders jump around, Kim offers insights into their position. They again reflect on the time each rider takes, and work to develop a feel of the time and pace around a course.
