Part 7: David works with a rider to have a quiet time coming into the jump, a moment where the body is working, the leg is on, but the mind is listening and aware of the horse beneath them. They work at the ditch and David helps the riders establish which horses actually really dislike it by having them walk by it to see their reaction. He works with one horse with a very strong aversion to the ditch, to increase his comfort level by walking him beside it and focusing on keeping him straight rather than focusing on the ditch itself.
