Part 3: Matt focuses on assisting the riders to teach the horse to look for the jump. Matt helps the rider focus on finding their line into every jump, and keeps them riding forward even with distractions. Discussing the importance of going with the horse, Matt works with the rider to soften the contact, and give the rein, while still supporting the horse into and over the jump. By giving with the reins, he helps the horse to loosen up and swing through more, and reminds the rider to practice this regularly.
