Adelinde starts off talking about the challenge of riding indoors vs. outdoors. Once the rider is warmed up she wants to immediately start working on getting the horse more responsive to her leg. She has the rider use transitions to help achieve this. Adelinde has her flex the horse and encourage the horse to hold the flexion.
