They reverse direction and continue with the canter to the right.  Courtney asks her to stay off the track so she can leg yield out to keep the jump.  They go to the canter half pass, and Courtney emphasizes that the quality of the canter is more important than the movement.  she has the rider first ride straight with bend before starting the half pass.  Half steps in the trot are next, and he offers a passage trot instead. She gets him to sit more by returning to the canter and asking for more sitting, then returns to the trot.  Courtney  comes up with some unique methods to confuse him a bit so he gets quicker instead of passage. They stretch in the trot to end the session, with Courtney reminding the rider to keep inviting him to stretch without throwing the reins away.
