Five Star Eventer and International Clinician and Coach Doug Payne works with riders on the cross country course to produce more balance and power. In this lesson Doug instills in the riders that  is energy created from the leg and comes up through the horse's back into the hand. Using this principle they create more power while remaining in balance.
