She also has the pair practice walk pirouettes for Prix St. Georges and counter-canter on three-loop serpentines to improve suppleness and build strength.
Monica Theodorescu is a former dressage Olympian and serves as Germany’s current national head coach. Her star-studded career includes three German team gold medals from Olympic Games—Seoul in 1988, Barcelona in 1992 and Atlanta in 1996. She won team gold and individual bronze medals at the Stockholm World Championships in 1990 and several gold, silver and bronze medals at European Championships.
