Jan gets on Michaels horse to feel the rideability in the short steps to develop the piaffe but more that you can get your horse to sit and carry and bring this into the canter pirouette. He discusses the temperament of a hot horse and that you always need to be able to put your leg on. Your horse CAN relax with that even if it is a very hot horse.
