Sabine Schut-Kery works with accomplished medalist and freestyle rider Marjolein Geven and her horse Sir Frederico. Marjolein must be proactive and conscious of her aids to ensure she's not supporting Sir Frederico too much. The horse needs to push, come into the contact and not suck back. Combining shoulder-in with transitions brings his hind legs under. Marjolein uses clear communication to help her horse connect over the back and to the rein and reduce his head nodding. Sabine coaches them to stay forward while in a movement and reminds Marjolein to dare to keep the horse in front of her.
