Steffen Peters continues to help an Intermediate pair school advanced dressage movements on day two of the clinic. Steffen encourages explaining the degree of collection to the horse rather than forcing it, thus keeping the training experience positive. The pair works on passage, canter pirouettes, half-steps, tempi changes, and half-pass.
Steffen is a six-time Olympian who earned team silver (2020) and team bronze (1996, 2016) medals. He collected team silver (2018) and individual bronze (2010) at the FEI World Equestrian Games™, team and individual gold at the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2009 FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final title.
