Sabine Schut-Kery continues working with Kelsey Dunlap and Heirendale SBF. Since Heirendale gets emotional, Kelsey must stay elastic and straight in her position. They continue to foster a good relationship between rider and horse. Kelsey must check in with Heirendale so he can feel secure and confident in challenging training moments. Using volte, Sabine helps Kelsey create rhythm in the canter and supple the horse so every step is the same. Incorporating leg-yield brings Heirendale off the leg, through the reins and round into the contact. The take-home message is to improve rideability and continue developing this talented horse.
