The trot has more push from behind and shows great improvement. Daniel explains how important it is to get a reaction from the horse when you ask. After a walk break, he asks for the rider to lower the horse's neck on a 15-meter trot circle while keeping the quality of the trot.

Going to the left they work on the 15-meter circle and the rider needs more inside leg to create the needed bend. Daniel gives a great explanation of moving the horse off the inside leg to get the desired bend. He has them do a great exercise to improve the bend and contact.

The difficulty is increased by repeating the exercise in the trot. The bending just keeps improving, as well as the contact. They go back to the 15-meter circle at the trot with much better bending.
