Part 2: The rider struggles to be lighter as she feels like she needs to support the horse or pick him up. Buck explains that what she is feeling isn't that the horse is too fast or slow, but that he is out of balance. By becoming lighter and interfering less, Buck coaches her to support the horse in finding his balance over the fences and jumping in a better shape. As the rider grasps the concept and begins to work with her horse in a softer way, they tackle harder elements such as the water.
