By giving the horse the option to choose to position his hind end correctly, they maintain relaxation and see more success working through the leg yield and on the quarter line. David explains that the issues the horse has in his front end are caused by lack of flexibility behind, and suggests Sinead continue to use turns as a means to correct the haunches and focus on his weak side in the coming months of training.
